How do I register? Registration is handled through GlueUp. Use the confirmation email you received after sign-up to access your registration details.
Where do I pick up my badge? Badge pickup is located in the Ballroom Foyer:
- Thursday, September 24: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, September 25: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, September 26: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Hotel & Travel
What hotel is the conference at? The Sheraton Nashville Downtown.
Is there still time to book at the group rate? The discounted group room rate cutoff is August 31. Please book before then to guarantee the conference rate — availability after that date is not guaranteed.
I'm arriving September 23 — is a room available? Rooms for arrival on September 23 are currently sold out at the group rate. If your plans require that date, we recommend checking hotel availability directly or considering a September 24 arrival instead.
Continuing Education (CE) Credits
How do I claim my CE credit? Each session you attend will display a session code. We recommend jotting down the code for every session or snapping a photo of it. At the conclusion of the conference, you'll receive a link to the CE submission form. You'll redeem all of your sessions at once using the codes you collected. Once you submit the form, your certificate will be produced as a download.
Where can I find my certificate after I redeem? Your certificate is produced as a download immediately at the conclusion of your form submission.
Do I need to do anything else besides scan a QR code? Look for CE reminder signage at poster sessions and other CE-eligible activities — it will point you to the QR code and evaluation you need to complete.
Sessions & Schedule
Where can I find the full schedule? The complete agenda, including session times, rooms, and speaker info, is available in the Sched section of this app. [Link]
Where are the poster sessions held? Poster sessions are located on the Legislative Terrace.
Where do I find my committee or SIG meeting location? All committee meetings will be held in Ballroom 3 & 4 on Friday, 4:30–5:00 PM. A chart displaying your table assignment will be shown on-screen in the room.
How do I find my session room for a sponsored lunch? Room assignments for sponsored lunch sessions are listed in the Sched app under each lunch session — you'll need to be registered/RSVP'd to attend.
Exhibit Hall & Sponsors
Where is the exhibit hall and how do I find a specific booth? Booth assignments and the full exhibit hall layout are available in this app. Look up any sponsor or exhibitor by name to find their booth number.
Social & Sponsored Events
What's happening the first night? A welcome reception and board meet-and-greet, sponsored by Thrive AP, will kick off the conference. RSVP is required to attend.
How do I RSVP for the GSK dinner? The GSK dinner is Thursday night and space is limited to 50 attendees. RSVP through the link in this app — once spots are full, registration will close.
Is there a fee for the GSK dinner? There is no fee — the GSK dinner is complimentary, available on a first-come, first-served basis via registration.
