About me
Ms. Hirsch is a nationally recognized civil litigation attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience handling complex cases, including multi-district litigation and high stakes matters involving healthcare systems and patient harm. Her work has spanned consumer class actions and mass torts, as well as privacy rights cases. She has represented hundreds of individuals in state and federal courts across the country.
Founder and owner of The Hirsch Law Firm, Ms. Hirsch represents individuals injured by dangerous drugs, medical devices, and toxic exposures, and she has a dedicated focus on representing survivors of sexual abuse involving both nonprofit organizations and corporate entities. Her current work includes litigation examining the standard of care in forensic medical examinations, raising critical questions about clinical decision-making, evidence collection, documentation, and systems-level accountability when care provided to survivors falls short of established best practices.
A proud Atlanta native, Ms. Hirsch is a graduate of the Atlanta Public School System, the University of Michigan, and the University of Georgia School of Law. She serves as Co-President of the Dunwoody Bar Association and Chair of her city’s Alcohol License Review Board, and is an active member of Women En Mass Torts, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. Her work brings a vital legal perspective to the intersection of healthcare, forensic practice, and survivor-centered accountability.
